First, a big "thank you" to Craig and Jackie for arranging an awesome live video conference!!! I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate the "call", and it was such a pleasure to catch up and actually SEE you both at the same time. I have to apologize, Craig - I thought Scott had checked on the web for the Outback Steakhouse. I was wrong. When we checked out the site, how shocked and happy we were to find the resturant along the route we would take for our return home from Featherdale. What a wonderful way to end the day - a little bit of home - down under. This video is for you, Craig... and to Scott Blanchard (since it's your favorite place to eat)... and for anyone else who loves to eat here!
