Happy 4th of July Everyone!

Today is our Independence Day, and it’s the first time I have really felt homesick. I have had bouts here and there, but today it has hit hard. Morgan asked me this morning, “Mommy, do you miss home?” I said yes, and then asked her if she was homesick. She said, “No, I’m not sick!” I explained what that word meant, and she quickly said yes. Mason on the other hand would become an Australian citizen if he could. There was no news here what so ever about U.S. Independence Day celebrations. We were hoping to see some fireworks… maybe some fellow Americans out here celebrating, but it rained all day. I hope all of you have had a wonderful time celebrating with friends and family. We would love to hear your 4th of July stories, and photos would be a plus.
