I have been visiting the Mouse House since I was 8 months old.
I can’t even fathom how many times I have walked through Main Street, climbed into the People Mover or screamed while holding on to the safety bar of Thunder Railroad.
And with the past five years living in O-Town with an annual pass, I thought for sure we knew all the ins and outs of the Happiest Place on Earth… until we spent the day with Jim Johnson!
He is far more of a devoted Disney fan… or let me rephrase that, he IS a fan, but enjoys beating the system.
I have NEVER experienced the Magic Kingdom like that before.
We never had to wait for anything.
We found things we had never seen
before.
It was truly magical.
Jim was our pastor when we lived in Melbourne, FL, and have always enjoyed catching up with him and his family whenever we can.
We had the extra bonus of seeing The Caples who also ministered at our former church.
It had been five years since we had seen them.
With 14 people, you would assume a meltdown or anarchy at some point, but it NEVER happened.
Even Morgan (with a little coaxing) rode Thunder Railroad AND Splash Mountain.
Now, if you are waiting for any tips or secrets of Jim’s tour… I’m sorry, but I’m under sworn oath not to share! ;-) But if you ever want to hang with us while at the parks, I think we could manage something!
