Characters Indeed

Our elementary school allows costumes for the holiday, but only if it is a book character. I sure hope they count comic books since my crew went as last year’s characters: Iron Man and Wonder Woman. M & M’s friend and neighbor, Andrew, joined the photo session as well before we all headed off for school. As I was getting Morgan ready this morning, she asked, “Mommy, could you please come to help in Ms. Heisleman’s class as Wonder Woman? I would really like that.” She had me at“Mommy”. It was my job to assist in making spider hands for the class’s Halloween centers. And I did this in full Wonder Woman gear. How I didn’t get purple paint and glue in my wig is beyond me! The best moment was when my little mini me squealed in delight, “You really did dress up, Mommy! Now we are twins!”

Ok, first of all...you ROCK that outfit. Seriously hot. We have very limited time in which our kids think we are cool, so I'm glad you are taking full advantage of it.
PS - is that spider craft, two hands, palm to palm? So cute. I want to try it out!
