Egg-xactly 12!

It’s the annual YMCA Pre-K Easter Egg Hunt! The weather was a tad bit chilly, yet a gorgeous sunny day. A day like this is why you deal with the blistering hot summer months in Florida. The word of the day was “dozen”. That is how many eggs each student could place in their basket. If you do the math… 43 students x 43 dozen = 516 colorful, fun-filled plastic eggs. Three of us moms had to pleasure of throwing those… I mean gently laying down each egg in a very special and unique spot. ;-)

Side Note: Morgan was given a family assignment to decorate a blank egg page. I assure you other than drawing in the face and body, oh – and cutting out the ears, gloves, and shoes…oh, and using the glitter glue… and the die cut with stickers – Morgan basically did it all by herself! (LOL) She really can color quite well, and stay in the lines. Oops - I did the bows... and then glued it.

But I have to say, my favorite egg design, with NO help from his parents was this awesome creation:

It’s SO cool! Way to go, AJ!

I LOVE the pic of Morgan's class all lined up. Great shot! Glad the Easter hunt was fun.
