The Rocks is where it all started for Sydney and Australia as a matter of fact. It is located under the Harbour Bridge near Sydney Cover, opposite side of where we live. It is basically an outdoor history museum. Every Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM a 16 year tradition is repeated, The Rocks Market. Over 100 booths lined up at the Northern end of George Street (same street where Scott’s office is located) with arts, crafts, and homemade goodies. Be prepared for a bit of trampling by both locals and tourists. It’s packed, but well worth the visit. We scouted out the booths this time to have a better idea of what we may like. We will definitely return.
